Authorizes the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority to contract with outside entities for up to 2 years to score and evaluate grant applications

Grants the Authority power to award grants to community-based organizations, local government agencies, and non-profit organizations for criminal justice and public safety programs

Eligible grant programs include violence prevention and intervention, reentry after incarceration, youth development and mentorship, economic development, and civil legal aid

Empowers the Authority to adopt rules necessary to carry out its responsibilities under the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Act
