Creates the Waiver Process Task Force to examine and improve the current school waiver response process for K-12 education in Illinois

Task Force membership includes 26+ voting members: 4 General Assembly members, Lieutenant Governor, State Superintendent of Education, Director of Public Health, Chicago Public Schools representatives, and representatives from teachers' organizations, principals, school boards, parents, and health/education advocacy groups

Co-chaired by the State Superintendent of Education and the Director of Public Health, with staff support from the State Board of Education and Department of Public Health

Task Force purposes include developing metrics to assess waiver request viability and student impact, promoting training on waiver requests with accountability measures, and identifying resources for an equitable waiver process

Report with recommendations due to the Governor and General Assembly by December 31, 2025; Task Force dissolves upon filing report and the section repeals January 1, 2027
