Amends the Property Tax Code to extend the property tax assessment appeal period to at least 30 business days from whichever is later: the date the assessment notice is mailed or the date it is published on the assessor's website

Applies to counties with fewer than 3,000,000 inhabitants (all Illinois counties except Cook County)

Changes the appeal deadline reference from "30 days" to "30 business days" following the scheduled publication date

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
