Amends the Sex Offender Registration Act to expand the definition of "sex offense" to include human trafficking-related crimes

Adds involuntary servitude (Section 10-9(b)) as a registerable sex offense when committed for commercial sexual activity, sexually explicit performances, or other sexual services

Adds involuntary sexual servitude of a minor (Section 10-9(c)) as a registerable sex offense

Adds trafficking in persons (Section 10-9(d)) as a registerable sex offense when the offense involved commercial sexual activity, sexually explicit performances, or other sexual services

Requires sex offender registration for both completed violations and attempted violations of these human trafficking provisions
