Prohibits plea bargains to lesser offenses for defendants charged with involuntary sexual servitude of a minor, trafficking in persons when the victim is under 18, or grooming

Prohibits prosecutors from offering plea deals to lesser charges for these child exploitation and trafficking offenses

Makes it a Class 4 felony for a child sex offender to knowingly operate, manage, work at, volunteer at, be associated with, or be present at any facility providing entertainment exclusively directed toward persons under age 18

Expands existing restrictions on child sex offenders at facilities serving minors to include entertainment venues, in addition to programs and services already covered under current law

Amends Illinois Criminal Code of 2012 Sections 10-9 (trafficking in persons), 11-9.3 (child sex offender restrictions), and 11-25 (grooming)
