Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code to create a new sentencing tier for aggravated DUI involving a motor vehicle, snowmobile, ATV, or watercraft accident that causes one death AND great bodily harm or permanent disability/disfigurement to one or more other persons

Establishes this specific offense as a Class 2 felony with mandatory imprisonment of 4-20 years, filling a gap between the existing 3-14 year sentence for one death and 6-28 year sentence for two or more deaths

Designates the legislation as "Lindsey's Law"
