Amends the Physical Fitness Services Act to add new Section 7.5 regulating lifetime memberships at fitness centers

Defines "lifetime membership" as a membership advertised to last for the duration of the customer's life unless canceled by the customer

Prohibits physical fitness centers from offering or advertising lifetime memberships that violate existing contract term limitations under Section 8(c) of the Act

Requires fitness centers to disclose any changes to payment obligations or reduction in benefits at least 60 days before automatic contract renewal

Mandates that fitness centers provide a copy of the service contract to customers upon request
