Requires the Department of Early Childhood to establish an Early Childhood Integrated Data System (ECIDS) to support equity-driven, data-informed decisions for Illinois children and families

ECIDS must be designed to allow data integration and sharing with other state agencies and entities within the early childhood ecosystem, subject to state and federal requirements

Department must develop public analytic portals and query tools enabling parents and communities to access aggregated data from the ECIDS system

Amends Section 1-30 of the Department of Early Childhood Act (325 ILCS 3/1-30) regarding the Department's general powers and duties
