Amends the Cook County Forest Preserve District Act to allow zoological park managing authorities to sublease or license up to 15 acres of land within park boundaries for recreational use

Subleases or licenses may only be granted to governmental entities or not-for-profit organizations to generate revenue supporting the zoological park's mission

Requires approval from the forest preserve district board before any sublease or license can be executed

Sublease or license terms expire after 15 years or upon expiration of the contract between the forest preserve district and the zoological society, whichever comes first

The authority to enter into these subleases or licenses expires on December 31, 2030
