Amends Section 1 of the Clinical Psychologist Licensing Act (225 ILCS 15/1)

Makes a technical change only, replacing "The" with "The" in the section concerning the short title and policy of the Act (no substantive change to the law)

The underlying section declares that clinical psychology practice affects public health, safety, and welfare, and subjects it to regulation to protect the public from unauthorized or unqualified practitioners

The Clinical Psychologist Licensing Act is scheduled to be repealed on January 1, 2027
