Amends the Illinois Pesticide Act to increase pesticide product registration fees from $800 to $850 per product per 2-year period starting in 2026, and business registration fees from $1,000 to $1,050 per 2-year period starting in 2026

Raises license fees for pesticide applicators beginning in 2026: commercial applicator licenses increase from $240 to $300, private applicator licenses from $60 to $90, and commercial not-for-hire licenses from $120 to $180

Increases operator license fees starting in 2026: commercial operator licenses rise from $180 to $240, and commercial not-for-hire operator licenses from $90 to $150

Raises pesticide dealer registration fees from $350 to $360 for the multi-year registration period beginning in 2026, and increases duplicate license/registration fees across all categories

Creates new option for certified applicators, licensed operators, and registered pesticide dealers to renew certifications by completing 15 hours of Department-approved education courses every 3 years instead of taking an examination
