Amends Illinois Vehicle Code Section 6-308 regarding procedures for traffic violations and failure to appear in court

For traffic offenses punishable only by fine, courts will enter an ex parte judgment of conviction with applicable assessments rather than suspending the driver's license for failure to appear

Driver's license suspensions for failure to appear will only apply to offenses punishable by imprisonment, not fine-only violations

Requires court clerks to notify the Secretary of State by October 1, 2025, of all failure-to-appear suspensions from January 1, 2020 through June 30, 2025 for fine-only offenses not involving death

Secretary of State must rescind those identified suspensions by January 1, 2026 without requiring further action from affected drivers
