Expands eligibility for United Nations Protection Force license plates to include Illinois residents who served in Somalia, Panama, or Grenada, in addition to those who served in Yugoslavia

License plates may be affixed to passenger vehicles, motorcycles, autocycles, and second division motor vehicles weighing 8,000 pounds or less

Original issuance fee is $15 plus applicable registration fees, with a $2 renewal fee deposited into the Secretary of State Special License Plate Fund

Secretary of State retains discretion over plate design, color, and format, and may allow vanity or personalized plates
