Amends the Township Code to allow the township supervisor to appoint a cemetery board of managers when a township has no township collector

Currently, only the township collector has authority to appoint the 3-person cemetery board of managers for township-owned or controlled cemeteries

Extends the same alternative authority to the township supervisor for approving the treasurer's bond when no township collector exists

Cemetery board members serve 2-year terms and have authority to receive gifts, legacies, and property valued at $50 or more for cemetery maintenance

Board treasurer must execute a bond in an amount not less than double the value of money or property in their possession
