Waives the standard vehicle registration fee for veterans with a service-connected disability as documented by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs

Applies to passenger vehicles (first division) and motor vehicles of the second division weighing 8,000 pounds or less

Amends existing Illinois Vehicle Code Section 3-806.7, which already provides registration fee benefits to active duty military personnel

Takes effect beginning with the first registration year after the bill becomes law
