Amends the Environmental Barriers Act to change the annual reporting deadline for the Attorney General's enforcement data from July 31 to January 31 of each year

First report under the new deadline is due January 31, 2026

Attorney General must continue publishing annual data on their website about enforcement efforts, including total open compliance investigations, the 10 most frequent complaints under investigation, total complaints received, and assistance provided through the disability rights technical assistance line

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
