Adds licensed occupational therapists and licensed occupational therapy assistants to the Community Behavioral Health Care Professional Loan Repayment Program

Eligible occupational therapy professionals may receive grants of up to $15,000 per year for a maximum of 4 years from the Illinois Student Assistance Commission, subject to appropriation

At least 30% of grant funding each fiscal year must be reserved for minority applicants of African American/Black, Hispanic/Latinx, Asian, or Native American origin

If insufficient minority applications are received by January 1 of a fiscal year, reserved funds may be awarded to other qualified applicants
