Authorizes the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity to certify one additional pilot River Edge Redevelopment Zone in the City of Sterling

Amends the River Edge Redevelopment Zone Act (65 ILCS 115/10-5.3) to add Sterling to the list of eligible cities

River Edge Redevelopment Zones provide tax incentives and economic development benefits to designated areas along rivers for up to 30 calendar years

Sterling would join existing pilot zones in cities including East St. Louis, Rockford, Aurora, Elgin, Peoria, Joliet, Kankakee, East Moline, Moline, Ottawa, LaSalle, Peru, Rock Island, and Quincy
