Amends the Property Tax Code (35 ILCS 200/6-25) regarding expanded boards of review during emergency situations caused by high complaint volumes

Removes the provision that allowed county board chairmen in Lake, DuPage, McHenry, and Kane Counties to appoint qualified residents from directly adjacent counties to serve as additional board of review members

Additional board of review members appointed during emergencies will now be limited to residents of the county itself, rather than potentially including residents from neighboring counties

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
