Requires the Department of Natural Resources to annually review deer management rules and regulations for all counties in Department Region V (Southern Illinois) beginning July 1, 2025

Mandates adjustments to season length, bag limits, and possession limits to address increasing economic damages and public safety concerns from deer overpopulation in Region V

Changes must be implemented starting with the 2026 regular deer hunting season

Amends Section 2.25 of the Wildlife Code (520 ILCS 5/2.25)

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
