Requires employees receiving ordinary disability benefits from the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District pension fund to undergo annual examinations by a licensed health care professional appointed by the Board of Trustees

Clarifies that for members on disability benefits, "salary" is defined as the salary on which the disability benefit is based

Grants the Board of Trustees power to issue subpoenas compelling witness attendance and production of documents and records for matters including disability claims, administrative reviews, collection of sums owed to the Fund, benefit administration, death determinations, and felony forfeiture investigations

Sets witness fees for subpoena attendance and travel at the same rate as circuit court witnesses, with fees paid by the party seeking the subpoena; allows the Board to seek court orders for subpoena compliance
