Expands the Endangered Missing Person Advisory community outreach program to include people with developmental disabilities, their communities, and organizations that serve them

Requires the Illinois State Police and Department of Human Services to coordinate outreach efforts to promote awareness of the advisory among developmental disability facilities and related entities

Updates the Silver Search Task Force membership to reflect the current name of the Illinois Emergency Management Agency and Office of Homeland Security

Maintains existing protections ensuring specific health information about missing persons is not disclosed publicly through alerts

All new outreach provisions are subject to appropriation of funding
