Amends the Criminal Code of 2012 to specify that false personation offenses (falsely representing oneself as a veteran, military member, charitable organization representative, or another actual person to defraud or obtain benefits) can be committed using artificial intelligence

Adds a new definition of "artificial intelligence" to the Criminal Code as a machine-based system that makes predictions, recommendations, or decisions by perceiving real and virtual environments, abstracting perceptions into models through automated analysis, and using model inference to formulate options

Expands the means by which false personation violations can be accomplished to explicitly include artificial intelligence, alongside existing methods such as in-person communication, internet websites, and electronic communication

The bill does not create new criminal penalties but clarifies that existing false personation offenses apply when AI technology is used to commit the crime
