Requires the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) to conduct traffic studies following any pedestrian fatality at a State highway intersection, examining geometric design improvements, traffic control devices, and other safety measures

Mandates that traffic studies identify trends, patterns, and correlations associated with fatal or serious injury crashes affecting pedestrians and bicyclists

Directs IDOT to analyze and identify potential actions to increase traffic safety, including possible modifications to street design and infrastructure

Requires IDOT to coordinate with other relevant departments, agencies, or organizations when conducting analyses and identifying potential safety actions

Study results and analysis reports must be made available to the public on IDOT's website and upon request
