Amends the Intergovernmental Law Enforcement Officer's In-Service Training Act to add a new eligibility requirement for Mobile Team In-Service Training Units seeking State funds

Mobile Team In-Service Training Units must now provide a part-time police training course at least every 12 months to qualify for State funding

The part-time police training course must be provided in a manner approved by the Illinois Law Enforcement Training Standards Board

Existing eligibility requirements remain unchanged, including operating under intergovernmental cooperation with at least two local government units, establishing an advisory board, and receiving up to 50% of the approved budget from participating local governments
