Increases penalties by one felony class for trafficking in persons, involuntary servitude, and involuntary sexual servitude of a minor under the Criminal Code of 2012

Establishes that Class X felony violations carry mandatory imprisonment of 9 to 45 years, applying to offenses involving physical harm, involuntary sexual servitude of minors under 17, cases with overt force or threat, and trafficking in persons

Upgrades involuntary servitude involving physical restraint from Class 1 to Class X felony; abuse of law/legal process from Class 2 to Class 1; destruction of identity documents from Class 3 to Class 2; and intimidation/financial control from Class 4 to Class 3

Upgrades involuntary sexual servitude of minors aged 17-18 (without overt force) from Class 1 to Class X felony

Applies enhanced Class X sentencing (9-45 years) to aggravated cases involving kidnapping, aggravated criminal sexual assault, or attempted first degree murder
