Establishes daylight saving time as the permanent, year-round standard time for Illinois beginning on the second Sunday in March 2026

Eliminates the twice-yearly clock changes by removing the requirement to "fall back" one hour on the first Sunday in November

Amends the Time Standardization Act (5 ILCS 440/1) to override the seasonal time changes specified in the federal Uniform Time Act of 1966

Applies the new standard time to all state laws, regulations, court orders, public schools, government institutions, and contracts performed in Illinois

Takes effect January 1, 2026
