Adds breast cancer to the list of occupational diseases eligible for disability benefits under the Chicago Firefighter Pension Fund

Active firefighters with 7 or more years of service who are unable to perform duties due to breast cancer resulting from their service would qualify for occupational disease disability benefits

Disability benefit equals 65% of the firefighter's salary at the time of removal from the department payroll, with additional child's disability benefits of $30 per month per eligible child

Amends the State Mandates Act to exempt this requirement from state reimbursement to local governments

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
