Requires the Illinois Department of Human Services to create and maintain a centralized webpage listing all state resources available to parents, including foster parents and parents of adult children with intellectual or developmental disabilities

Webpage must include programs and services related to child care, early childhood care, education, nutrition, mental health, housing, family planning, cash assistance, and health care

Resources listed must cover programs operated by DHS and other state agencies including the Department of Healthcare and Family Services, Department of Children and Family Services, Department of Early Childhood, Department of Public Health, Illinois State Board of Education, Illinois Student Assistance Commission, and Department of Juvenile Justice

Each program or service listed must include a hyperlink to the responsible state agency's webpage with detailed information about that specific program
