Amends the Firearm Concealed Carry Act to allow forest preserve districts to prohibit concealed firearms in specific recreational areas including botanic gardens, swimming pools, athletic venues, picnic groves, nature centers, pavilions, golf courses, driving ranges, adventure courses, ziplines, equestrian centers, and exercise venues

Removes the existing blanket prohibition on carrying concealed firearms on all Cook County Forest Preserve District property

Defines "grounds" as either 75 feet from the entrance of a prohibited area on forest preserve property or any area enclosed by fencing, whichever is greater; parking lots are excluded from this definition

Exempts forest preserve districts from the requirement to post standardized signs indicating firearms are prohibited at entrances to restricted areas

Allows concealed carry licensees to carry firearms in forest preserve areas not specifically designated as prohibited zones by the district
