Mandates the Department make information about amniotic fluid embolism available on its website

Defines amniotic fluid embolism as a condition where amniotic fluid, fetal cells, hair, or other debris enters the maternal bloodstream, causing cardiovascular collapse, respiratory failure, and disseminated intravascular coagulation

Requires the Department to adopt rules mandating local health departments issue public announcements when a positive case of Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever is detected in their jurisdiction

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
