Requires the Board of Higher Education, Illinois Community College Board, and Illinois Student Assistance Commission to jointly create and release a Statewide Data Dashboard by March 15, 2027, and annually thereafter

Dashboard must include individualized data on each public and private institution of higher education, covering student demographics (race, ethnicity, gender, Pell Grant status, disability status, first-generation status), faculty/staff demographics, and institutional characteristics

Affordability data required includes cost of attendance, tuition and fees, housing costs, loan repayment rates, and average net price of attendance

Student success metrics must track enrollments, retention, and completion rates within standard and extended timeframes, with demographic breakdowns and 5-year trend comparisons where feasible

Data must be publicly accessible with downloadable files, while prohibiting disaggregation that could identify individual students or disclose personally identifying information
