Amends the Self-Service Storage Facility Act to require lien sale notices to include the website address where online bidding will take place, if the sale is conducted online

Clarifies that a lien sale conducted on a publicly accessible online website is deemed to be held at the self-service storage facility where the personal property is stored

Maintains existing notice requirements including itemized statement of amounts due, facility information, occupant name and unit number, and payment deadline of at least 14 days after notice delivery

Preserves all other lien enforcement procedures including newspaper advertisement requirements, towing provisions for vehicles, and redemption rights for occupants before sale
