Students with individualized education programs (IEPs) who have not been removed from the regular education environment must receive educational services at their neighborhood school—the same building they would attend if they did not require special education services

Amends the School Code's Children with Disabilities Article to add new placement requirements for students with disabilities remaining in general education settings

Applies specifically to children with disabilities who have not been formally removed from regular education environments in accordance with existing due process procedures
