Amends the Reimagine Public Safety Act to change reporting requirements for the Office of Firearm Violence Prevention from "no later than January 1 of each year" to simply "annually" for reports to the General Assembly on communities experiencing concentrated firearm violence

Extends the deadline for behavioral health service providers receiving grant funds to become Medicaid certified for violence prevention-community support team services from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2026

Extends the authorization for grant funds to be used for behavioral health services from July 1, 2025 to July 1, 2026

Changes reporting frequency for Lead Violence Prevention Convener recommendations from bi-annually to annually

Removes minimum requirements for technical assistance providers (previously "no fewer than 2") and violence prevention organization grants per eligible service area (previously "no fewer than 2"), while maintaining maximum limits of 3 and 6 respectively
