Establishes a 3-year medical nutrition therapy pilot program through the Department of Healthcare and Family Services, to be implemented within 12 months of the act's effective date

Services must be provided by registered dietitians licensed under the Dietitian Nutritionist Practice Act and include nutrition assessment, intervention, counseling, monitoring, and evaluation

Targets three eligible populations: persons receiving maternal and child health services, recipients of school-based clinic health care, and SNAP recipients diagnosed with chronic conditions (high blood pressure, heart disease, asthma, cancer, diabetes, gestational diabetes, high-risk pregnancy conditions)

Requires the Department to track participant health outcomes and submit a report with findings and recommendations on program expansion to the Governor and General Assembly within 3 months of program termination

Report must exclude personally identifiable information of program participants
