Amends the Meat and Poultry Inspection Act to add siluriformes fish (catfish and related species) to the definition of "amenable" foods subject to state inspection requirements

Requires all siluriformes fish and fish products entering official establishments for wholesale distribution to be inspected, handled, stored, prepared, packaged, marked, and labeled according to federal regulations (9 CFR 530 through 9 CFR 561)

Incorporates federal Code of Federal Regulations standards for siluriformes fish inspection by reference into Illinois state law

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
