Extends the Illinois Dental Practice Act's repeal date from January 1, 2026 to January 1, 2031, allowing continued regulation of dentistry and dental hygiene practice in the state

Requires applicants and licensees to provide and maintain current email addresses with the Department, in addition to physical addresses, for official communications and notices

Removes the January 1, 2026 sunset date on provisions allowing dental assistants to perform coronal scaling on patients 17 and younger, and on public health dental hygienist supervision arrangements for underserved populations

Makes the vaccinations provision for dentists (allowing administration of influenza vaccines to adult patients) permanent by removing its January 1, 2026 repeal date

Updates administrative procedures to allow the Department to serve notices via email to licensees' email addresses of record, and removes requirement for certified mail in certain communications
