Extends the Task Force on Interjurisdictional Industrial Zoning Impacts deadline to submit its report to the Governor and General Assembly from December 31, 2025 to August 1, 2027

Extends the repeal date of the Task Force from June 1, 2026 to June 1, 2029

Adds two new members to the Task Force: one zoning and land use attorney appointed by the Senate President and one appointed by the House Speaker

Removes the Director of Commerce and Economic Opportunity and the Governor's Office representative from the Task Force membership

Renumbers the section from 605-1115 to 605-1117 within the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity Law
