Appropriates $17,859,700 total for the Illinois Guardianship and Advocacy Commission for fiscal year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026)

Allocates $14,861,800 from the General Revenue Fund for operational expenses, including $13,711,900 for personal services, $1,049,900 for state contributions to Social Security, and $100,000 for operational expenses

Appropriates $2,997,900 from the Guardianship and Advocacy Fund for services under Section 5 of the Guardianship and Advocacy Act

Effective date is July 1, 2025
