Allows corporations, not-for-profit corporations, and limited liability companies to use their registered office as their principal office address

Requires the registered agent to maintain the names and residential addresses of all board members and officers at the registered office or another secure location

Registered agents must agree to share board member and officer information with the Secretary of State upon written demand

Requires a written agreement between the registered agent and the business entity to comply with the information maintenance and disclosure requirements

Amends three Illinois statutes: the Business Corporation Act of 1983, the General Not For Profit Corporation Act of 1986, and the Limited Liability Company Act
