Requires the expiration date on Firearm Owner's Identification (FOID) Cards issued after the bill's effective date to be boldly and conspicuously displayed on the face of the card

Requires combined FOID Card and concealed carry license cards issued after the effective date to display expiration dates boldly and conspicuously on the face of the card

Combined cards must clearly identify both the FOID Card expiration date and the concealed carry license expiration date separately

Amends the Firearm Owners Identification Card Act (430 ILCS 65/6 and 430 ILCS 65/13.4)
