Extends the bond authorization approval period to 10 years for bonds approved by voters of Iroquois County Community Unit School District Number 9 in an April 2021 referendum

Amends the Local Government Debt Reform Act (30 ILCS 350/17.5) to add this school district to existing exceptions for extended bond authorization periods

Adds Iroquois County CUSD 9 to a list that already includes Lake County Forest Preserve District (November 2008 referendum) and Sandoval CUSD 501 (March 2012 referendum) with 10-year approval periods

Standard bond referendum approvals remain valid for 5 years, while this exception provides additional time for the district to issue approved bonds

Takes effect immediately upon becoming law
