Amends the Small Estates Article of the Probate Act of 1975 to specify which motor vehicles cannot be excluded when calculating the value of a decedent's personal estate for small estate affidavit purposes

Motor vehicles that must be counted toward the $150,000 estate value limit include: vehicles used as living quarters, motor homes, mini motor homes, van campers, non-self-propelled vehicles, commercial vehicles, implements of husbandry, and buses or commuter vans

Standard motor vehicles registered with the Secretary of State remain excluded from the $150,000 personal property threshold and can be transferred using a small estate affidavit regardless of the estate's total value

Changes apply only to decedents whose date of death is on or after the effective date of this amendatory Act
