Prohibits law enforcement agents from entering and remaining in polling places unless called upon by election authorities, judges of election, or required by court order

Requires any law enforcement agent permitted in a polling place to provide a valid pollwatcher credential to the election authority

Defines "law enforcement agent" broadly to include federal, state, or local law enforcement agents, subcontractors, or designees with arrest, detention, custody management, or subpoena powers, including civil immigration enforcement

Adds voter intimidation to prohibited conduct within polling places and within 100 feet of polling places, alongside existing bans on electioneering, vote soliciting, and political discussion

Clarifies that off-duty law enforcement agents may serve as pollwatchers when not performing law enforcement duties, and restrictions do not apply to other spaces in municipal buildings not being used as polls
