Amends the Illinois School Code to add service animal training requirements to mandatory in-service training programs for teachers, administrators, and school support personnel

Training on student health conditions must include proper handling of service animals in school settings, rights of students who use service animals, and appropriate interactions with service animals

Training on the Americans with Disabilities Act must include service animal provisions covering proper handling, student rights, and appropriate interactions with service animals

Training must be consistent with applicable federal and State laws governing service animals in schools and address health, safety, and accessibility needs of students using service animals

Training must be completed within 6 months of employment and renewed at least once every 5 years; credits count toward professional development hours required for license renewal
