Creates a short-term approval pathway for individuals to work as paraprofessional educators in Illinois school districts, charter schools, or State-operated programs without meeting full licensure requirements

Short-term approval expires on June 30 following the third full fiscal year after issuance, with no renewal option

Upon expiration of the short-term approval, the State Superintendent of Education shall issue a full Educator License with Stipulations with paraprofessional educator endorsement if the individual meets specified requirements

Amends Section 21B-20 of the School Code (105 ILCS 5/21B-20) governing educator licensure types
