Amends the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act to expand the definition of "public works" to include installation, repair, wiring, and maintenance services for Illinois lottery machines and equipment under contracts with the Department of the Lottery.

Workers performing lottery machine services under state contracts would be entitled to prevailing wage rates, including hourly cash wages plus fringe benefits for health, welfare, pensions, and apprenticeship programs.

Applies to contractors working pursuant to agreements between the Department of the Lottery and third-party service providers.

Effective date is January 1, 2027.
