Allows corporations, non-profit corporations, and LLCs in Illinois to use their registered agent's office address as their principal office address instead of disclosing a residential address

Requires three conditions to use this option: the entity must attest it has no physical location other than a residential address, the registered agent must consent to the address use, and the entity must provide at least one officer or director's physical address to the Secretary of State

Protects privacy by requiring that officer/director addresses submitted to the Secretary of State not be made publicly available

Amends three Illinois statutes: the Business Corporation Act of 1983, the General Not For Profit Corporation Act of 1986, and the Limited Liability Company Act
