Limits accepted regional dental licensure examinations to those conducted by the Central Regional Dental Testing Service (CRDTS) or the American Board of Dental Examiners (ADEX) for both dentist and dental hygienist applicants

Grandfathers applicants who completed examinations from SRTA, WREB, CDCA, or NERB prior to January 1, 2026, allowing them to remain eligible for licensure

Changes terminology in examination requirements from "practical" to "psychomotor" examinations for testing dental licensure qualifications

Allows dental assistants to perform expanded function services upon completing the training requirements for each specific service

Takes effect July 1, 2026, and amends multiple sections of the Illinois Dental Practice Act (225 ILCS 25)
